Papi Chulo RADIO is an amalgam of all that is pop culture. All things pop culture-oriented are featured on Papi Chulo RADIO, including: music, film, television, celebrities, health, fitness, sex, erotica and adult entertainers. Papi Chulo RADIO has something for everyone.
Created by Papi Chulo (of PapiChulosBLOG.com), the idea for Papi Chulo RADIO started was inspired by his initial foray into internet radio programming at the end of August 2010. Papi Chulo's BLOG celebrated its third-year anniversary on Friday, August 27, 2010. Part of the site's celebration included the launch of a weekly interactive internet radio show titled The Papi Chulo Show. Originally co-hosted by Papi Chulo and Bent Girl, the show featured mainstream entertainment and adult industry news, as well as a live interview. Four episodes aired throughout September. The show became quite popular among listeners. Each episode was getting downloaded thousands and thousands of times. Due to the unprecedented response to The Papi Chulo Show, Papi Chulo was reminded of an idea he had contemplated a while back... a full 24/7 internet radio station. It was at that moment, on October 1, 2010, that Papi Chulo RADIO was born.
Throughout October and November 2010, Papi Chulo RADIO was officially in "test" mode. A stream was created and all the kinks were worked out for its December debut.
